Desktop Support Specialist
The qualified applicant will support a combination of onsite and remote users with standard desktop office productivity needs, using Windows-based desktops and laptops.
Responsibilities would include handling technology support requests for desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, printers, wireless and wired networks. Must be able to work independently but also as part of a Technical Services team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
This position requires a physical presence at the Raleigh, Ray Allen Office. Occasional travel to other client sites and transportation of equipment may be necessary (travel would be reimbursed).
The job’s physical requirements will be some lifting as might be typically required for desktop PCs, file servers, printers and/or monitors, etc.
